I just wanted to thank you and your staff for saving our home from a recent attempt to break into our home. If it wasn't for our security system, things would have been a lot different. My wife and I had been Christmas shopping on Sunday when we received a call from the central station that there had been an alarm at our home…We were five minutes from home and as I was coming down the street the two police cars were just ahead of me. When we opened the garage door...(the garage service door) had obviously been pried opened…(The police) went through the entire house and did not find anyone…
The next day I saw one of my neighbors…and told him of the incident. He quickly interrupted me a said that...(a nearby home)…had been broken into. The burglars ransacked their home and took all kinds of stuff and loaded it into the homeowner's van and drove off. This could have happened to us.
I don't know what would have happened that night if we hadn't installed a security system…If anyone ever hesitates about installing a security system, please have them call me. It has definitely paid for itself many times over in what could have happened. Thank you.

Last month our family moved into a new home…One of the major decisions we were faced with was what type of security system to install. The following day you visited our home to get an idea of what would be required to properly protect our property. I was promptly presented a formal proposal and contract which detailed the work to be completed…we had several service oriented visitors at our home to repair/replace many items. Your two man team (of security system installers) were the most thorough and professional we encountered. These two gentlemen are a tremendous asset to your company and purely define service in an age where I had started to fear it was a lost art.

On January 28, 2003, my husband and I both received a call from TECC Security Systems advising us that fire trucks were on the way to our home due to a high carbon monoxide reading.
At the time I was a half hour away…while our oldest daughter just arrived home from high school only to sit in front of the fireplace to do her homework She heard the alarm and immediately left the home with the dog…
As it turned out, our fireplace was producing and blowing out carbon monoxide at a rate 100 parts per million which would have become very dangerous and possibly deadly had it gone undetected…
Needless to say, we are very pleased with the TECC system we installed in July 2001 and were very happy with the response time preventing all danger to our family…It really can save lives.
